Jenny McCutcheon
Kindergarten Teacher
Siegrist Elementary
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Jenny McCutcheon. I am a Kindergarten teacher at Siegrist. I began my teaching career in 2005. I can't wait for our Kindergarten year to begin! I enjoy children's enthusiasm and curiosity they bring to school. Their excitement for each day brings joy to my life. I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to teach at Siegrist with fantastic students and outstanding work friends. I have a wonderful family! My husband, Nick, and I have two amazing boys: Jackson and Jep. They are Pirates, too! Besides the love I have for my family and teaching, my other interests include spending time with family and friends, cheering on my boys as they play their sports, being outdoors, anything to do with the season Fall, music and Netflix!
I received an Elementary Education degree with a concentration in Early Childhood from Northwest Missouri State University (Go Bearcats!). I furthered my education by completing my Masters degree in Education from Baker University. My goals for this year include helping your child to feel safe, have a happy and successful kindergarten experience, and to develop a love for lifelong learning. We will work together to make that happen!
I'm looking forward to a great year! Welcome to the Siegrist family!
