Hello! My name is Ms. Wright and I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Siegrist! I am a Platte County graduate and I am so glad to be a Pirate again! I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Northwest Missouri State University. I graduated with my Master's in Education in Reading from Arkansas State University. I am currently working towards obtaining my Educational Specialist Degree in Leadership from Arkansas State University.
I have been teaching since 2019. I've taught two years of 2nd grade, then 1 year of 1st grade, and now I'm back to 2nd grade this year! I live in Platte City with my puppy, Princess. I have a younger brother that attends Northwest and my mom is a kindergarten teacher here at Siegrist too! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my friends and family. I also enjoy shopping and spending time outdoors.
