Welcome to the Siegrist Elementary Library! My name is Nicki Clay. I'm so excited to be working with your child on discovering the importance and the joy of reading! I began teaching in 1998, and I have taught Preschool, Kindergarten, and Math Intervention before beginning my new adventure as a Librarian! Our library is a place of discovery, learning, and collaboration. We will all work together to build a foundation for lifelong learning. We will actively explore various types of literature, and learn about a variety of ways to seek out information. Students will be given the opportunity to see that reading is for learning and for fun!
